Holding deposit the equivalent of one weeks rent. This will be returned once the tenant moves in or either the landlord or agent withdraws. This will not be returned if the tenant just changes their mind on the property.

Late payment of rent fee in line with legislation at the time currently this is the rent plus 3% interest.
